- RDRick DugmoreJan 6, 20265.0I think that young man Eric just single-handedly saved this Chipotle. I like Chipotle. I enjoy the food. But I feel like I've been getting ripped off with measly portions for what I'm spending. I'm not asking or expect tons of meat. I understand that chipotle needs to make a profit. But the serving sizes have been ridiculous in the past. Eric has gave me hope again. He did not overdo it. He just gave me an honest serving size for the price. Which I think is fair, and by fair... I mean great. I would gladly spend the money on my bowls and burritos if Eric were serving me every time. I ordered a steak bowl with extra chicken. And not only did Eric delivery a perfectly well-balanced bowl, but he served it with a smile. It's hard to find somebody who pays this much attention to detail in their job, especially in customer service. Eric give me above and beyond excellence in customer service. And other than the portion sizes being fair and honest, it's his attention to the customer. Honestly, he actually makes it a very friendly experience. I'm not sure exactly how.... Maybe it's the smile, maybe it's how he confirms what you want, tone of voice used, how he tells me how good the salsa is when I asked for a little extra... almost like he is making want to order MORE with the positive reinforcement. Not sure. But there is something there that's special. Make this man the manager. Or he will quit and achieve all of his goals with zero issues.
