- RSRodr1ck s1mpJan 15, 20261.0Brunette girl with glasses and a tall darker boy with glasses over charged me and my friend, I was charged for her and her cousins ice cream after me and my friend decided to pay separately for our own ice cream. I discovered this when I checked the receipt after eating the ice cream on the drive back home. My friend called the shop and the boy answered the phone and admitted to over charging me after my friend asked him if he did, he then hung up and did not answer when we called again to see if I could get my money back. I don’t want a free ice cream for this or anything else but I’d like for both of the people to take accountability and for their boss to be notified about the things going on inside the shop. (me and my friends are 16-17 and the workers looked about 18-19)

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
