- ATAna TorresApr 20, 20261.0Recently started to go to Dutch Bros frequently, and well maybe I wont anymore, not at this location anyway. I came in and asked for my drinks, the wait was alright but when I got to the window and one of my drinks was given to me, I asked if there was a hot option. The employee responded yes, and I said I had ordered it hot, then he proceeded to tell me that he would have to CHARGE ME FOR A NEW ONE if I wanted it hot because he already handed me the drink. Since I didnt know my order was going to be given to me wrong, I didnt ask for light ice and the cup was 80% ice and 20% mocha. Wont waste my money here any longer.

This location doesn't allow order-ahead and doesn't have a walk-up window. Instead, there are 2 long drive-thru lines. It would be much more efficient to have one line for mobile order pickup and one for people who have nothing better to do than to wait in line. All kidding aside, the line moved pretty quickly. Knocked it down a star because of the lack of efficiency.

Immediate “what can I get you” no more good mornings how are you’s no energy. Sarah and jazzy are the only ones I see still embodying what Dutch bros used to be.

The barista was polite and got my order ready fairly quick. I ordered a latte and it tasted good, nothing overly fancy but done well. Seating was comfortable and the shop looked clean overall. I sat there for about 20 minutes just checking emails and it felt like a relaxed place to do that. Prices seemed about what you’d expect for a coffee shop these days. Overall a good spot if you just want a decent cup of coffee and a quiet place to sit for a bit.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
