  I LOVE Dutch bros and this 4 stars is not for bad service but for BAD DESIGN. Nearly hit by a car using the narrow crosswalk from the walk-up where the cars in drive-thru have very little chance of seeing someone using when exiting. They need to put one of those giant round mirrors so people excited about their coffee can see customers walking out. There is all NOT enough parking at this location. The walk up should had been designed more space for pedestrians like other Dutch bros.

  I like the drinks but omg the birthday sprinkles are terrible. They are huge flat circles and hard as rocks. They were always out so i finally got to try them and yeah never again.

  I had such an amazing experience, and I truly have to highlight the incredible team Yas, Promise, Eddie, and Jillian. From the moment I arrived in town, their customer service stood out in a way that’s rare to find. Yas was absolutely exceptional. She has such a warm, welcoming presence and consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about people, and that kind of energy makes a huge difference. Every interaction with her felt personal, thoughtful, and effortless. Eddie was just as impressive. He brought such a positive, attentive vibe every time I came in. He paid attention to the little details, remembered preferences, and made sure I felt taken care of every single visit. His consistency and professionalism really stood out and made the experience feel reliable and top-tier. Promise and Jillian were also wonderful and added to the overall great atmosphere. They were friendly, helpful, and made every visit smooth and enjoyable. Honestly, the biggest reason I kept coming back every day while I was in town was because of their customer service. It wasn’t just good, it was memorable. They created an environment that felt welcoming, comfortable, and worth returning to again and again. I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a place where the people truly make the experience, and the drinks are phenomenal. This is the place.

  Went to Dutch by the drive thru line on Friday around 4 or 5pm. When we got to the window this white lady with sunglasses inside yelled out our order. She sounded really upset, sighing, and groaning which made us uncomfortable. I'm assuming she didn't think we heard her the first time so she yelled out our order AGAIN. This time louder which made us even more uncomfortable. We got our drinks drove off and that's when I realized she made my drink wrong. I was in a rush so I got out to ask for more sweetness. The guy on the other side was really kind and understanding about what happened. He even offered to remake my drink and apologized for his co-workers behavior. Negative energy and bad vibes from her. Would drive off if I saw her again.
