  Andrea was very sweet! They had forgotten my guac on my bowl (which understandably can accidentally happen) and I went back in to fix the discrepancy and I was provided with a large heaping cup of guacamole and some chips on side to make up for the discrepancy! Andrea was apologetic and professional about the situation. Other than that, food was great and no complaints!

  I had such a great experience at this new Chipotle! The store was clean, the food was fresh, and everything was made quickly and exactly how I ordered. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. Andrea was incredibly thoughtful and had such a positive, welcoming attitude. She made the whole experience even better and made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. It’s not every day you come across service like that! Definitely will be coming back—keep up the great work!

  Was excited we got a Chipotle here in Weston Ranch, but after tonight I think its safe to say I wouldn't be returning to this store. After waiting in the drive-thru with six other cars for half an hour the worker tells me it wasn't "that" bad of a wait. My food was cold. I'll be going to the Lathrop store again. I can make it back home with my food still warm from there.

  The people there are smart Aleck to say the least. They gaslight you after you’ve been in the lane for more than “10 minutes” which actually was more than 25 at least! I get the fact that the service industry gets backed up, I’m a worker myself and I know I would never speak to another individual with smart remarks and comments. The cherry on top was my food being cold 🫠 I’ll be driving to Lathrop even if it costs me 12 extra minutes to get there.(I’ll eat over there too) Chipotle ain’t cheap yall spend your money where they’ll treat you fairly 🫶🏻
