Great service and friendly staff. The breakfast was warm and delicious. The burritos were actually wrapped like a burrito should. Shout out to the Latino staff

The only issue I had (which is major), was getting cold fries. I'm sure you all understand why I said major (lol). I usually make sure to ask for fresh dropped fries when using the drive thru but when using the kiosk inside, I don't see an option for that.

They couldn’t hear us and asked like 10 times what we wanted which is like whatever but than they decided to give us the wrong stuff and told us to stop yelling when we spoke up management was terrible and sassy waiter

If I could give no stars I would. The manager who I am assuming name is Esme based off the sign they have on the wall is always so unpleasant. Every single time I’ve come I regret coming. She has the worst attitude and treats everyone so poorly. Not only is she rude to my family and myself but to every single customer I see her interact with. She ignores customers asking for assistance or walks away without letting customers ask for condiments. We ordered chicken nuggets and picked a sauce which was forgotten and when we asked for it she tried charging us and was extremely rude during the entire interaction. All of the other employees seem nice but she is the problem. I think the store could improve on being more attentive to customers. I think the store is a great location and would truly strive if they replace their manager Esme.
