  Really good. The katsu is battered well, the tuna/mac salad is fire, lots of meat, good price, so much flavor, highly recommend.

  Amazing service! A special thanks to Danny, the cashier that helped us. Amazing attitude, he definitely went above and beyond to ensure me and my mom got the food and experience we needed. It’s comforting to see in these difficult times, kind people like Danny are still around. We just started going to this food establishment and we already feel like forever customers!! Thank you Danny!

  i used to always get shootz in 2023-2024, but then i remember why i stopped. i would always switch between their spam musubis and their katsu chicken meal. the musubis weren't too bad, but this time, i ordered the katsu chicken and it was way too oily. it was a little too salty too. the oil soaked up the rice and made it mushy and overly moist. i also think the rice was too overcooked in the first place too. the mac salad was okay, but it's just not my favorite. the whole meal just left me feeling disgustingly filled because of how oily the chicken was.
