  Order using the app couple of minutes after I order the tracker shows that Samuel was making my order and it should be ready in less than 15 minutes I arrived a few minutes after it should have been ready and was told that they were just starting to make my order… was advised it would be an additional 15 minutes… when asked why they had marked it as being made earlier staff would not provide an answer… when I cancelled the order I received attitude… I wouldn’t mind the wait times if they would simply be honest about it…

  This Domino's location does a great job at making pizzas, compare to the Domino's location on Euclid and Ball Rd they are trash I had leave them a bad review it was ridiculous. I like the fact at this location they actually put extra cheese on the pizza and they bake it well. The speed of service is great as also. They deserve recognition kept up the good work and service.

  Marked my order as delivered but I got NOTHING. No knock, no call, no photo. I called and they just kept saying it was delivered and cant do anything more for me. Doordash helps me reorder, 1 min later thay call me and cancel it bc "delivery man is on his way" 30 mins waiting and still got nothing, cant even request the refund. So I paid and got no food. This is ridiculous. Stop marking orders delivered when they’re not
