  So glad this location is open! Always check your order to make sure your items are there but thats literally every taco bell ive been to bc they are so quick. It doesn't have the KFC attached so the lines wont be very long anymore

  Staff are rude as hell and unprofessional. Will argue to your face over your order regardless of you having your receipt in front of you. (Ive seen it with many customers and almost everyone has something wrong w an order) I’ve tried giving this place so many chances since it’s the closest to my home but the consistently get orders wrong, miss items, give you other peoples food. All that with a 30+ min wait for dine in. Never had an order made correctly here and when I ask for it to be fixed it’s still wrong. Place was better when it was still half KFC. Will not be returning and would gladly drive twice as far for a 10x experience!

  Every time I order from this particular restaurant, whether it’s online to be delivered, drive-thru, or walk-in, there has been numerous times of missing items. Every single time I order one of the Catalina menu item—they forget the avocado verde sauce that is supposed to come with it. This time I ordered an extra sauce which costs extra and they shorted me. I recall once having a conversation with an employee about the sauce if I could get another, in which she told me No. Then they forgot it. 🤦‍♀️ In tonight’s order they forgot also to include the chips with BOTH my nachos & chips and the Supreme dip order. And lastly I wanted to try the new Empanada dessert—I received the cinnamon balls instead. This happened all in this one order. Do the employees hate their jobs?! Does management or the owners treat their employees badly?! What is going on with this location?! A serious re-evaluation of operations is needed. I know it’s fast food but people would at least like to receive their orders correctly. I hate leaving reviews but when I’ve had a bad experience every time I come to this one location it’s disappointing. My advice to anyone—go to the Lemon grove TB.

  The young lady at the drive thru window on day shift was the nicest and most professional person. Taco Bell give her a raise or you are going to loose her.

  Was once a truly awful KFC Taco Bell with terrible service, now is a good Taco Bell with good service. I hope this last more than just it's initial reopening but so far so good
