- AJaqeel jenkinsApr 4, 20261.0I’m not sure who was working, she started yelling at me as soon as I stepped into the restaurant. I walked in the store at 8:30pm and I wasn’t aware that that’s when the store was closing. The doors were unlocked and I didn’t notice any sign that said “closed” after 2 steps in she yells “WERE CLOSED!” I almost thought she was kidding but as I was apologizing for just walking into the store she yelled “DIDNT YOU SEE THE SIGN?!?” (The “OPEN” sign had the light turned off) I didn’t realize that meant they were closed and also was confused because the door was open and it didn’t look like it was closed. 2 people were asking me why she was screaming at me and I couldn’t explain why cause I didn’t even know 😭😭 Anyway the lady is super super super rude and terrible at customer service and she messed up me (and a few others) from wanting to visit this subway in a long time. Also…, 8:30 is a very random time to close. I was not aware of that change…
