If the system is down it’s down, but the person who was helping me was name James and was the 5th manger as seen on his name badge. The worse customer service, I had ever received very, very rude for no reason and while attempting to help me he kept bending my papers and cards seemed on purpose, just very very terrible attitude for a manger that’s suppose to represent the company. I have never met James or know James I was just a customer trying to get services from a company. Needs to be fired!!!
