  The first speaker said to pull forward to second speaker which asked if I was going to use my mobile app which I said no. Then no one took my order and after some time the car behind me was able to place their order. I drove up and waited until I spoke with the man at the window and explained what happened. He took my order with an attitude and started to fill my order all the while speaking Spanish to his coworkers and I know he was talking about me. On top of that they shorted me two hash browns and one syrup when I ordered two big breakfast with hot cakes. This is highly unprofessional and this should be addressed as soon as possible. Never coming to this McDonald’s ever again.

  Needed food quickly, to visit an ill relative currently in critical hospital care. -Employees in drive thru and front cashier showed lack of customer service, unprofessionalism and extremely not helpful. Employees can be seen laughing at customer’s expense on 16Dec2025 approx. 5:10pm Of course lack of training and professionalism, my order was given to me incorrectly and incomplete.
