The taste was fine and I like all the topping options but it made the burger wider than I prefer. Also, I like the idea of fries spillage but I felt like my bag just got really oily and messy. I'm just not used to it! We ended up waiting an hour for our order - not only from being busy with the deal, but also because our order was lost at some point. We tried to check our order but the staff's automatic response was "What's your name on your order? It's being worked on the table." They would walk to the table like they checked but it was just a fake glance - we noticed because we were sitting there for an hour! That's understandable since the BOGO deal was a huge hit but after 40+ mins, we wanted to really check if our order was being worked on, on the table. After the staff frustratedly said "it's on the table!" the 4th time, we asked someone who just got their order "when did you submit your order?" It turns out they submitted around 7:15p when we submitted around 7p! Our gut feeling was right since their kitchen was working really hard to pump out the orders. Staff only really checked once we convinced them that our order was placed around 7p and the later orders were coming out. We got a complimentary milk shake which is why my rating isn't lower.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
