Its a fast food place. You can't expect much out of it. But somehow they always miss out on the sauces after asking what type of sauce you want.

New Year Day stopped to buy breakfast. The woman who gave me the food I asked her a question about what I ordered. She answered my question with a upset look in her face. The woman should not be working with the public. She looks upset all the time not even for today she puts a friendly smile for the customer. I interacted with another female worker she was also unpleasant and also looked not happy to be working. I give these workers a poor review and need customer service classes or put them to work in the back.

El lugar es muy lindo, pero me pareció terrible como abordan un problema o inconveniente interno. Llegue a comer e hice mi orden, ya estaba terminando mi comida, cuando se me acercan 2 trabajadores preguntando de una manera muy intrusiva my recibo, cabe resaltar sin ninguna explicación, sin ningún preámbulo, que se lo muestre y se lo muestre, a tal punto que me tocó sacar mi celular y mostrarle el pago, pero que aún querían my recibo. Ya después de una manera muy intrusiva de hacer las cosas, ahí si me explican que estaban confundiendo las órdenes, eso no es culpa mía y si puedo ayudar lo hago, pero que aprendan a acercarse de una manera amable, no hostil.

Extremely Slow Service in the dinning area during breakfast. The lady at the register keeps walking from the counter as if she running the restaurant by herself. The people in front of me waited long. When it was my chance to order, I had to wait even longer as she bagged an order that have been by another worker and then she walked it outside. When she came back inside she didn't come back to the register. Instead she continued to bag even more items for Doordash/ Uber Eats couriers. These items could have already been bagged by other workers in the back as well. She didn't have bad energy but you could tell she was overwhelmed. The drive-thru Windows get high priority but it didn't make sense because she had to keep walking orders outside even after she helped me.
One thing I can say is my bacon egg and cheese biscuit was very fresh. As I was walking out to my car the lines got even longer. I assume they're hiring at this location.
