As a manager , whoever manages this location needs to put their staff into better training because with all of the dominos commercials that I see all the time , yall are letting people down. Get it together!!!!

Picked up the pizza and drove back to my hotel only to find no chicken, no bacon and no onion. They just made the base and added the extra stuff I wanted. Took it back and they weren’t even sorry about it. Asked for a full refund. Hopefully it comes through.

I dont know if the old delivery people quit ,but the ones from before were WAYYYY better at navigating and gave good service. The new delivery guy, Shotarp or something, could not understand a map or simple instructions over the phone. He delivered my food about 50 minutes after i ordered online, only to have forgotten my drink. He let me know he would be back with the drink, after i showed him the location he was originally was suppose to go. I gave him some time but after waiting about 20 minutes i just called the store. I waited another 20 minutes just on hold trying to contact them to see if the delivery guy was on his way or just gave up on completing my order that i paid for. After someone finally answered the phone and i let them know the situation, they sent the delivery guy back to complete my order, my pizza was cold by the time i got everything...the people running this place are just not that great.
