  Waited so long for my Big Arch. I picked up one order first, then went through the drive-thru for the other one. I didn’t expect the second order to take so long, and my ice cream ended up completely melted. Got home and realized they messed up my main order. The guy just asked if I ordered the Big Arch and said everything was there. But the 20-piece nuggets and fries were missing, and they even gave me a random pie we didn’t order. Spent an hour getting the food home, only to find out some people had nothing to eat. 🙄 Don’t even know how to get a refund since they don’t answer the phone, and I don’t live nearby. Going back and forth would take me another 30 minutes

  I went at around 11 50 am not lunch time yet but they are to slow to give you your order ...this is not a fast food service

  I don’t go to McDonalds a lot, but this one is great - clean, quiet, with a super nice staff. Makes me want to go to McD’s more!

  This was my Filet o’ fish that I ordered the other day. I contacted Mc Donald’s and got an email back from them stating that they hoped I would return to give them more business. 🫤 This is how I received the order with the cheese outside of the Filet o’ fish without even touching a sandwich and the cheese draped over the folding part of the cardboard box. Of course I opened it up to take a look at the sandwich because I was so surprised. I did not eat it and just threw it away. How does something like this even happen?
