  Finished homeschooling the kids and our co-op mentioned the Free Dunk for America promotion. We all went to this Wendy's at 1pm only to be told the promo would go from 2-5pm and that we needed a phrase in order to collect on the promo. I waited 2 hours, 1-3pm trying to figure out the phrase with lots of googling and even calling Wendy's customer service. I let them know I was there with my kids and was feeling discriminated against as I was feeling vulnerable nursing my baby and the to figure out the phrase with my other children present who are not strong at waiting. I watched a gentleman enter and ask for the promo and was honored. When I tried to repeat what he said, they told me no. During the time I waited trying to figure the phrase out, I watched other families and their kids come in and get denied. Even the kids were reading how the promo did not require a purchase or app involvement.

  This Wendy’s customer service is horrible. I stopped by to order the Free Dunks of America and they said I needed a code phrase. They lied to me. My sister went to another Wendy’s and she got it by only saying Free Dunks of America. The manager Ericka laughed at my face. She didn’t give me the corporate store number and was not even open to listening to me. Moving forward I will no longer go to this store. This Wendy needs another manager that knows about customers service because Ericka clearly does not know how to treat customers. Memphis was also another crew member that had horrible customer service and flipped me off. He needs to get fires!

  All the team is super cheerful, friendly and kind, food alway fresh, everyone is very courteous this is my favorite Wendy's restaurant 😋

  A quick stop at Wendy’s was needed after craving something filling but being unsure about the overall quality. The place had a steady crowd, which initially raised concerns about wait time and food consistency. However, the staff handled orders smoothly, and my meal came out fresh and well-prepared. The burger was juicy, the fries were hot and crispy, and everything tasted just right. The experience cleared any doubts and made it a solid option for a satisfying and reliable meal.
