Their floors always littered with napkins. The customer service is atrocious, no greeting, no give us a minute, nothing. The workers always in a mood and I get it we all have bad days but this place always has these types issues. Only reason I go there is because of convenience and location. The food is actually good but the lack of customer service makes you feel uncomfortable. Also btw their green salsa for their double chicken tostadas is always so runny and not creamy. I’ve been to so many pollo locos and this is one of the only ones that does that.

Well, the order was a bit messed up BUT they were quick to figure out a solution and hooked it up with my long lost burritos. The staff was friendly yet professional. Only negative thing, that dang Christmas tree with the music playing!!!!
