9/16 at about 8pm I purchased 2 pollo bowls, went to the drive thru when I got home my husband said there were only a few pieces of chicken in his bowl he was upset and said this was a rip off very disappointed in this place.

Excelente servicio al cliente.. Jorge fue muy atento y amable durante mi visita.. aparte de tomarse el tiempo para ayudarme con el kiosk. Excelente comida el pollo delicioso y fresco..muy bien cosinado y los sides muy bien echos.. definitivamente regresare a comer de nuevo..

I ordered a pollo bowl. They didn't listen to my order right I repeated myself like 3 times. They still messed up my order. I couldn't eat my food for dinner at work and had to throw it away. They need to listen better and not keep talking to each other
