- ZZZach “ZaddyGhost69”3 days ago2.0Im not usually one to leave a bad review but I guess I should've looked at the reviews before I stopped here! I had no idea they closed so early, I went through the drive thru like normal and parked then came in to wash my hands before I ate. Then went back to my car, ate my burrito, it was wrapped together poorly so the bottom of it blew out and made a mess all over my lap, thankfully I was eating on top of the paper wrapper so I struggled to finish it but thats not too big of a deal tbh and apparently they closed 2-3 minutes before I finished my burrito and the door was locked but one of the younger dudes was on his break outside and asked him if he could let me in so i could wash my hands and leave and props to him for trying to help me out but the shift lead or whoever she is went to the opposite door to intentionally not let me in and said no I cant wash my hands(i got a too bad so sad attitude vibe from her) even though its Pollo locos fault that my food fell apart im just disappointed and the night shift lead lady needs to do better!!!

Sure enough, 3 days later after the charge went thru i was double charged twice! Stay away from this place! Employees don't know what they are doing!
