    The worst customer service,the lady at the counter on date 04/08/2026 at 9 pm intensely made our order slow and delay the order just because we are vegetarian and told her to change the gloves.The order is for my dad and he is diabetic.and it's been 45 minutes so far ,my order has been placed and payment is done too but she is not making the order.this is the worst situation I have even been to. Never go here next time.

    Very disappointing experience at Subway. The staff member was not helpful at all and even gave incorrect information—she said vegetables couldn’t be added when they clearly can. The sandwich was poorly made, and her attitude was unnecessarily rude and impolite. Just because it’s near closing time doesn’t mean customers should be treated this way. We were respectful and did not cross any boundaries, yet the behavior from her side was completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t seem any better. Worst experience—I won’t be coming back. I’m sure others have had similar issues here.

    I ordered a veggie delight subway with pepper jack cheese but they didn’t put in the cheese. I ate at the restaurant and saw there was pepper jack cheese.

    I went to eat with my family and the treatment was very hostile, the floor was very wet and my brother almost fell, and the person who served us said that if he had fallen it was only his fault, zero empathy on the part of this person, and what bothered us the most was his inappropriate tone of voice, We pay for a service, we do not ask for things for free, you shuld train your staff better

    placed an order on the Subway app which told me my order would be ready by 7:50pm. I arrived at 7:50pm and there was one girl behind the counter cleaning out a small refrigerator and there were no customers. It took her a good pause before she acknowledged me and I told her I was picking up an order. She asked me to hold on and kept cleaning the fridge. Then she got up and went in the back. When she came out she put on gloves and started to make my order! When I asked if she was just starting my order she said yes, so I told her I was going to run across the parking lot to the store quickly. I wasn't really happy at this point. I came back and she was helping a customer. I waited for a couple of minutes then she handed me my bag. I noticed the box of cookies I ordered was missing so I asked her about it. She grabbed the tongs and asked what kind I wanted. I told her I ordered a box of 6 oatmeal. So she put 6 cookies in a bag and handed it to me. No words, blah attitude, horrible service! When I got home I noticed she had not put extra meat that I paid extra for. Not happy!! I will not visit this location again.
