  We waited over an hour with reservations and eventually walked out because we couldn’t wait an hour to eat when we booked reservations. We arrived at 7pm and got a call at 8:05 that our table was ready after being told it was into a 20 minute wait for the table. We tried ordering drinks while we waited and the bartender told us he isn’t taking drink orders. Very poorly managed. This place has so much potential is managed properly.

  The food and wine was amazing, but I think it was the service that put it over the top. Despite being a very high class restaurant, the server and the staff didn’t seem stuck up or too “fancy” at all, which made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back.

  2 visits; 2 different experiences: We stayed at the hotel and dined in once, and had takeout to our room once. Our experience in the dining room was excellent. The duck wings were amazing g and are a treat! The rest of the food was totally fine, but not memorable. Fantastic and attentive service. Food came too fast so the meal felt rushed. The second time was terrible. I ordered a burger to bring back to our room as we were staying at the Lodge. It took 3 times as long as they said it would, there were no utensils in the bag which I was lucky to have checked for on my way out the door. It took a full 7 minutes for someone to appear with utensils after I had already waited for the food itself. The burger was completely overcooked and cold as were the fries. Really bad. 4.5 stars for the restaurant dine-in experience. 1 star for the take out which should really just be room service, since I was a guest at the Lodge and had to go pick up the (cold) food myself.

  It was christmas dinner, so there was a prefixed meal. It was pretty wet out we were in the private part in the back which was fabulous where you can actually hear each other talk and nice fireplace in the ambience was great. Lots of heaters you won't be cold. The food was very good, and so was the drink.
