Our order was completely wrong we explicitly requested NO MEAT, and it was clearly displayed on the drive-through screen, yet meat was still included in the food. That alone is unacceptable and dangerous for people with dietary or medical restrictions. More concerning, every item we received had a strong metallic taste. This was not limited to one product it was across the entire order. Because of this, we did not feel safe eating the food and had to throw everything away. Whether the food was spoiled, contaminated, or improperly handled, something was clearly wrong. This is not just about customer service it’s about food safety. Management needs to take this seriously and address both order accuracy and quality control immediately.
