On July 4th, I placed an order with specific instructions for the pizzas to be delivered to one of my vendors. Despite receiving confirmation that my credit card was processed and my order was confirmed, the delivery did not go as expected. My vendor was charged for the order, in addition to the amount charged to my credit card. Furthermore, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the female store manager, who was both rude and dismissive regarding the situation. It was evident that there was a lack of accountability on the part of the staff, as they did not acknowledge the error with the order. I believe that with my contact information on file, they could have reached out to address the issue, but instead, they chose to demand payment from my vendor. Due to this negative experience with both the AI system and the management, I have decided that I will no longer use Domino's services at any location. I prefer to support local businesses where orders are handled by attentive staff rather than automated systems that result in payment complications. This experience has been exceedingly unprofessional and frustrating.
