  I ordered a thin crust pizza from this dominos location, which was a savior late in the night. Even though the pizza was good, the place didn’t have any chilli flakes or Parmesan cheese packets which is a standard I believe at dominos.

  Pizza is fine just leaving a 1 star review because i'm so tired of getting told my delivery has been delivered sometimes up to ten mins before it actually arrives. been a problem for years at this location. the drivers say its management that is doing that. giving bad reviews seems to be the only way to get companies to listen

  Oh My Goodness!!! Are you kidding me Domino's Solvang? I would be ashamed to serve anyone pizza like I was given last night. I don't eat at Domino's, however, my daughter, son-in-law and grandkid's were visiting for Julefest. And while we were waiting for the music in the park at 6:00 p.m the kid's said that they were hungry. So we walked across the street at 5:30 p.m and placed our order, 2 large pizzas (Time said pick up orders ready in 10-12 minutes). However, when I went inside and spoke to the 1 of 2 people working in the restaurant, the women told me that it would be 45 minutes for my pizzas. What! Try telling that to a 6, 7, & 9 year old who are hungry, and for pizza. So we went back to the park, danced, had a great time. And at 6:20 p.m we were notified that our pizza's were ready. We got our car and drove to pick up the pizza's and drove to my home, and needless to say the kid's were famished. When I opened the pizza's, I had no words. What the heck? Where's the cheese? Where's the toppings? Dough was full of bubbles! Slices cut all different sizes! The worst pizza I have ever had! Domino's claims that if a customer is not satisfied they will refund your money. As a owner and or manager, if you take pride in your franchise, you will respond to me and make this right. I live here in Santa Ynez and this establishment gets a lot of business from locals and tourists and should not be serving a product that does not meet the highest quality standard of excellence. In my opinion, I just threw my money in the trash! P.s. I read the review from 3 years ago and it looks like nothing has changed.

  Ordered at 1030pm, didn't receive until almost two hours later. Got the wrong items and the food was cold and soggy. Last time I ordered the driver made comments about how they were upset that I'd ordered half an hour before they closed (maybe don't enable online ordering if you dont wanna make food/deliveries while you're still open? Idk), I'm sure this isn't the case but I can't help but feel the bad service this time was retaliatory or something. I never leave bad reviews but this was egregiously bad. Probably won't order from here again, literal waste of money.

  These place is super clean and super professional, domino's has a very good selection of pizzas and their ingredients are fresh, I came late night to get some pizzas, I recommend the one with pineapple, jam and jalapeños. bread and some buffalo wings and they were good, you can get them without any condiments or dressing and they give it on the side, we had a problem but the personal was very polite and gave us a very pleasant service and solution. There's a lot if food competition in this town and They keep up with good in quality of service and Good food taste.
