  08:21pm on our way home, we still have 5 more hours to drive, they don't have a baby changing table in none of the restrooms.

  Perhaps the single worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's, maybe at a fast food restaurant, perhaps at any dining experience in my life. Disgustingly dirty - the bathroom, the dining room - despite the fact that they were only filling to-go orders. There was a huge spill/stain directly in front of the order pickup area. Getting my food took an excruciatingly long time - a full half hour for 2 drinks, 2 fries, and a sandwich ordered via kiosk in the restaurant. My sandwich was ready and sat and got cold, while I was told the delay was fries - while 2 cooked baskets of fries sat, hanging above the fryer, waiting to be dumped and salted. By the time I got them, while hot, they were soft and soggy. Exceedingly disappointing. There were not that many orders being taken inside, and they all took a long time to fill. They seemed to somehow keep up with and perhaps prioritize the drive-through, but inside orders seemed to get shunted into a black hole.

  I am officially never coming here again. I have tried to give this place a chance because my kids enjoy the nuggets and fries but this is the one too many times my order is NOT brought out curbside and they didn’t even hand me my food PERIOD. They said they had it but couldn’t give it to me because it was passed the 30 min mark… OKAY my family was waiting that whole time and we spoke with 2 employee during that period who clearly have NO customer service skills. The charge is still on my card and to make matters worse we had to drive to another town to get my baby his nuggets. I hope I get my 40 bucks back here soon.. it’s the least they can do.

  Very nice staff with great customer service. Updated restaraunt with clean restrooms.
