Showed them the app with the proof I placed an order, paid, and even showed them my bank statement with the charge that literally said “Subway- Soledad CA” and they STILL refused to make my order. They told me they won’t give me my money back, my bank won’t refund me and told me to take it up with Subway, and I didn’t get my food. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I don’t understand if my card is charged they should make my food. Do yourself a favor and go else where.
