  Bad management, bad location. I like the food when it's made properly, but all too often the idiots working here will find some way to mess up your order. More than once I caught them wearing gloves to handle cash, then going back and making food with the same dirty gloves on. They have forget items on deliveries and won't replace them. This last order was the last time for me. I paid $25 bucks for a burger and they sent me a burned, crusty, burger and are refusing to replace it. Then the manager proceeded to call me a liar because I complained before about other incidents. Here's my advice to you, do your job properly and your resturaunt wouldn't have so many complaints!!! If you were the manager at a restaurant I owned, you'd be fired on the spot for disrespecting a customer.

  Massive burgers, amazing we can pick our own toppings the grilled onions were delish! Great milkshakes, very filling, genuine poutines!

  I visited a couple of days ago and the front girl working that evening was friendly, polite, quick with the drinks, and pleasant to talk to. That part was the only satisfactory period of my entire trip there. Unfortunately, the male staff member working that evening was disappointing. He butchered my name when calling out the order and kept shouting it multiple times even after we waved and told him we were there. I also witnessed poor food-handling practices from him, including using a cleaning rag and then putting gloves back on without washing his hands first. He was also preparing burgers right beside bacon, with the bacon touching the burger patties, which is concerning for a restaurant that advertises itself as halal.
