  The good, well if you have the time to wait like a traditional restaurant, as their slogan says, it's worth the wait....however. While presentation of the food was great, I can't help but compare this to a chain like burger King, the bacon paper thin and floppy, and while the ingredients may be fresh, a freshly made whopper for less than half the price and a fraction of the wait time you get basically the same taste, nothing mind blowing, simple ingredients, simple taste. Wait time for what seemed like a half full restaurant was longer than I'd like. Maybe implementing a wait timer for orders so people stopping through have a choice whether to wait or not. Definitely an average experience, was not expecting fast food speed but when it's set up to be an in and out style restaurant it's mildly disappointing.

  Our 1st time here, the restaurant was spotlessly clean, including the bathroom. The service was efficient and kind. The burger was one of the best fast food places I've ever had. The fries were good also.

  I went there to pick up a Skip order. When I told the lady at the counter that I was there for a pickup, she asked me to wait for five minutes. I ended up waiting around 10 minutes and still didn’t receive the order. I was standing at the counter waiting to be assisted, while around 6–7 employees were standing near the grill talking to each other. There were only two customers in the restaurant, but the service was still very poor.
