  The customer service is very poor, and the store frequently places price tags on the wrong products, which can be misleading. Although it’s only five minutes from my house, I’ve decided to shop elsewhere because I prefer stores that treat their customers with respect.

  Clean store, but horrible self checkouts. They cannot scan your phone for their branded loyalty card, and their machines do not accept tap by phone either. Very limited options on how to pay otherwise. Not impressed with a 4 yr old store.

  I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service I received from MD in the grocery department. I approached him for assistance finding certain items, but he seemed uninterested in helping and gave very little effort in assisting me. His attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made my shopping experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Customer service is an important part of working in grocery, and I believe employees should be willing to help customers respectfully and properly. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with MD. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve customer service in the future

  Security guard making me feel very uncomfortable watching me and racially profiling me when I was just shopping. Made me feel very unwelcomed

  Had a really good experience here. The cashier Tharaa was very kind and patient with me. I was having a rough day and she didn’t rush and when I told her about my day she was very nice and understanding. You don’t see that much anymore these days. Really appreciated it.
