- ASAlex SafianMay 31, 20261.0The customer service is very poor, and the store frequently places price tags on the wrong products, which can be misleading. Although it’s only five minutes from my house, I’ve decided to shop elsewhere because I prefer stores that treat their customers with respect.
- ODOsidious DKMay 23, 20262.0Clean store, but horrible self checkouts. They cannot scan your phone for their branded loyalty card, and their machines do not accept tap by phone either. Very limited options on how to pay otherwise. Not impressed with a 4 yr old store.

I approached him for assistance finding certain items, but he seemed uninterested in helping and gave very little effort in assisting me. His attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made my shopping experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Customer service is an important part of working in grocery, and I believe employees should be willing to help customers respectfully and properly. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with MD. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve customer service in the future
