Currently in the store. Just watched unemployed called Sharon talks so rudely to a mom and her Young son at the self checkout. I ended up putting my stuff back and am leaving because I won’t support a business that treats customers like that.

Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience at Gibson Branch Dear Save-On-Foods Management, I would like to share my disappointment with the service we received today at the Gibson branch. We came to the store excited to purchase a birthday cake for my 5-year-old cousin. We went to the bakery and waited for assistance, but no one was available to help us. We asked two employees working near the bakery area, and they told us someone would be there in a few minutes. We continued waiting, but several more minutes passed and still nobody came to assist us. At that point, I became frustrated and went to Customer Service to ask if there was anyone available in the bakery because we had been waiting for quite some time. Unfortunately, we still could not get the assistance we needed. We eventually left the store empty-handed and had to look for another store that could provide a birthday cake for my cousin. This was a very disappointing experience, especially because we were there for a special occasion. I hope management can look into what happened and make sure customers are properly assisted in the bakery area, particularly when employees are aware that someone is waiting. Please address this issue so other customers do not have the same experience. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my concern. I hope to see improvements in the future.

Love the fresh meats that are on sale. Great prices and great produce. Parking can be crazy due to the way the city designed it. Like the usual… lol.
