  by accident I spilled my coke and asked personal to get me new one or a refill and dude came up to the computer typed something and said I won’t do u a refill

  The staff really need better training on professionalism and customer service. There was a lot of unnecessary talking and constant chanting, which made the environment uncomfortable and unprofessional. Please focus more on the work, communicate professionally, and talk less, work more.

  It was super busy today. 1st day for kids back to school . Service was poor. We received our meals then got tired of waiting for our drinks. We went up to the front and waited a total of 15 plus minutes to get our drinks. Extremely understaffed. ***this McDonald's doesn't not have self serve drinks

  That food was warm and nice, Big Mac was heaven and the fries, and also when we went here for the first time, after we ate we got and small ice cream, and lastly is that the McDonald's was clean and brand new plus the bathroom, W McDonald's
