Subject: Customer Service Feedback – KFC Midtown Plaza
Dear KFC Management,
I regularly come to KFC at Midtown Plaza with my family, and we usually have a very good experience. There is a gentleman who always serves us, and I would like to specifically appreciate him. He is very polite, friendly, and provides excellent customer service. His attitude toward customers is always professional and welcoming.
However, today I had a very different experience with a female staff member who took my order. Her attitude was very rude, and I felt that her customer service was extremely poor.
I ordered a slider for my daughter. When I asked if I could have it with a drink and fries, she told me that it was a different order. I explained that I was willing to pay the additional amount, but she still refused and told me to order a new meal. I followed her instructions and placed another order. Unfortunately, the original slider that I did not need was simply thrown into the garbage.
I understand that there may be policies regarding orders and meal combinations, but the way the situation was handled was unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. A polite explanation and a little flexibility would have made a big difference.
I respectfully request that KFC management provide appropriate customer-service training to staff, particularly regarding how to communicate with and treat customers respectfully. Good customer service is very important, especially for families who regularly visit your restaurant.
I am not writing this complaint to create a problem for anyone. I simply want management to be aware of my experience and hopefully improve the customer service at this location.
Thank you, and I hope you will take my feedback seriously.
