  Last time I went here they messed up. I put in a review and they called me and asked me to take down my review and they would replace my meal. I gave them another chance. Ordered a meal and asked for all dark meat -‘d asked for 4 plates and ketchup in the bag. They said it would be a 20 minute wait. Ok. Sat for 20 minutes, got food and went home to find out they messed up again! Not plates or ketchup. No biggy as I have plates just didn’t want to do dishes. But then to open up the chicken to discover they didn’t give all dark as requested and we don’t like white meat. Called to complain and they said they would give me 5 chicken free. Is it so hard for them to listen and actually get an order correct? They mess up all the time here.

  3110 Diefenbaker...staff r always in da bak gossiping nearly peed myself after my meal...had to wait for dem to finish gossiping...just don't care for dis kind of business...I will go thru da drive thru next time...dey also lock da bathroom doors...we gotta wait on dem

  The service was truly amazing, and the food was even better than last year, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. I would definitely give a 5-star rating because the server’s behavior stood out in a very positive way. They were extremely polite, respectful, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout the visit. It’s always great to see such good customer service, especially at a place like KFC, where the staff can really make a difference in your overall experience. I really appreciated how welcoming and professional the server was, and it made me want to come back again.

  KFC used to be a nice cheap dinner. Unfortunately, today, wasn’t my experience. Got the Big Crunch box. The Big Crunch chicken patty only covered half the bun. The fries were cold and stale. And there were about 4 popcorn chicken pieces. I opted for the gravy as the side, which btw, tasteless. Everything was old and cold. Probably forgotten in the warmer between guests. There were no customers. Just me. The fool. Paying $18 for old leftover food

  Terrible... We ordered online for pick up . Said our order was ready then went to pick it up and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. While we waited 4 people ordered in store and everyone of them complained that something was wrong with their order.
