  I went to KFC, the one in stone bridge area today. And I am so pissed right now because I had to wait for 40 minutes + we got there at 3:25 and left at 4:15 . The people there were dismissive and ignoring customers they were not even very friendly. It took a long time like 20 minutes for them to even answer my calls they ignored us like they did not hear what we're saying. And they also took our name off the kiosk screen so we don't even know when our order is ready. Instead, they were turning to people that are coming in from the drive thru. Even someone i met there said they ordered online and waited for about an hour and i got my meal before him I'm not impressed with that.

  I went there at 4:30 and placed my order immediately. There were a few other people ahead of me. So I waited and waited and waited. At 5:30 I went to the till and told them I had been waiting an hour. They seemed confused and had to dig to find my receipt. They said it would be a few minutes and as I waited. They gave other people their orders. When they gave me my food an hour after I ordered, they gave me the tiniest coleslaw, you can get , like the ones for a 2 piece box meal. I said can I have a discount on my next meal or something. She said I’m sorry, I’m not the manager and there is none in. I said ok can I get their number or business card or something. She said there was none. She said I can come in the morning and I said I work. Do u wanna bet if I go in the morning, there will be no manager, conveniently. To top it all off I’ve been sick with pneumonia and had just left the doctors. We give this place our business every so often and order a substantial amount each order. I hope they can make it up to me.

  The service here is horrifically slow. Staff don’t seem to care at all and flies are everywhere. Would strongly recommend avoiding this one.

  Neither Fast Nor Cheap - An Absolute Joke - If you want "fast food" that is neither fast nor cheap, this is the place to go. Eating here costs the same as a sit-down restaurant, except the place is disgusting and the staff have zero customer service skills. The Experience: The Cost: I paid over $75 for 4 chicken burgers. For fast food, that is insulting enough on its own. The Wait: I ordered through the drive-thru during my work lunch break to feed my staff. I ended up waiting well over 30 minutes. When I went inside to ask why four sandwiches were taking 10+ minutes each, I was repeatedly lied to and told it would "only be 5 more minutes." After 15 more minutes of waiting, the order wasn't even halfway done. The Refund Process: I finally demanded a refund. They couldn't even process it correctly on the machine and had to pay me out in cash—adding even more inconvenience. The Comparison: I could have gone to a local spot like Filosofi, where the lunch specials are around $18 a person. It would have been faster, cheaper, higher quality, and actually really good service. When fast food costs more than a sit-down meal and takes double the time, it's a wonder how this franchise stays in business. Come here if you want to be disappointed, disrespected, and ripped off. I'm sick of the complete lack of Corporate Care for the customers who pay their bills.
