Ordered a bucket meal, for dine in. we didn’t get any plate to eat the food. no utensils at all. we had the 2 liter pepsi but wasn’t given any paper cup. staff weren’t happy to help. the store has a lot of flies. The toilet is not working the staff said. Better close the store if everything is not available. The worst food service staff, 6 pc chicken were of very small pieces i only got 1 big pc the rest looks like the part from an undernourished chick. If you do not want to ruin your day, do not eat or biy in this place. Worst than worst! we didn’t finish the food.

I stopped in since it's been a while since the colonel and I had a bite. To my dismay I was told they no longer sell bacon when I order a chicken bacon sandwich. In accordance with halal all pork products have been removed. I forgot I was in Canada and was whisked back to my days in Pakistan when it was impossible to enjoy some bacon. The colonel would be so sad to know that KFC has bent the knee to this madness. The washroom was very clean though.

Extremely poor service; we are regular customer and frequently place orders for our coworkers. The representative who took our call lacked professionalism. We consistently pre-order and pay upon delivery, but this time, he wouldn't permit it. For over a year, we’ve ordered every other month, but the service was unsatisfactory this time. We will switch to a different branch from now on.
