  Ordered pad thai on Uber Eats and it was basically inedible. The egg had split and made the dish very grainy.

  My first bad experience at Thai Express in years. And had to be this location. The food was pungent and very very sour. I am really very upset as Thai express has high standards and this location doesn’t stay true to its taste and recipes. My order had no reason to be sour when I order for spicy pad thai. I asked for peanuts and they forgot to bag it. How can someone not do the only job they are hired for? When I called with the complaint, they not only didn’t accept their mistake and kept responding as that’s how it’s been prepared for years. Never returning to this location.

  Just ordered from this location via Skip. Long wait time aside, this is the worst Thai Express I've ever had. The noodles and dumplings were dripping in water, the sauce didn't stick because it was so watery. My dish smelled off, the beef was stringy. It felt like it was just boiled and quickly mixed with the noodles as an afterthought. My noodles was also supposed to have broccoli in it... No broccoli to be found, just a few raw broccoli stems. And it tasted horrible, so I couldn't even close to finish it. So yeah... Thanks Thai Express. This is bad enough that I might not ever go back.

  The worst thai food I've ever had. Being a chain, I want expecting greatness but the cook must have forgotten to season the food. There was a slight sour taste that I assume was from tamarind and that's it. I didn't know phad thai could taste so bad.
