  The experience was very good, the food was fresh and the service was quick. The sitting area was clean and the staff was very friendly. Overall, a good go to spot to chill around. Our order was taken by Mansha, she helped us with personalizing the menu items as per our dietary needs and also gave us table service !! Would definitely recommend the place.

  This one star is for the manager working on Saturday around 7 .. it’s your responsibility to handover all the items to uber driver . Not our job to pick tray up from counter and put drinks in that.. you don’t like your job quit it .. you are just Taco Bell manager not GM of Taco Bell .. get your attitude in line or somebody someday will make sure it stays within the limit all your life .. To the owner - hire a new manager

  Great location, friendly staff, food is delicious. If an order was ever incorrect (which it almost never is), they make sure to make it right. Love this place, all time fave!

  I’ve had Taco Bell in different cities and even other countries, and this was by far the worst experience. I’m not sure if it’s budget cuts, inflation, or just this specific location in Regina but the quality was very disappointing. Barely had any beef in them, especially considering the price. It felt like I paid too much for very little. I can't believe how flat the beef stacker is, crunchwrap and burrito supreme are skimpy. Definitely not recommended.

  Don"t eat here. Absoultely terrible customer service. I went to oick up an order for a customer through door dash. I waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru and then they told me I have to wait an additional 5 minutes and drive back through to get the order. I asked if they coukd bring it out to me and they said no! What the heck? That makes no sense. When I picked up the order the lady that gave me the order was the manager. As I grabbed the order she gave me a cold stare and was very rude. No smile. No sorry for the wait. I told her what happened and still no apology. I asked for her name so I could complain and she said I am not giving you my name. Would leave 0 stars if I could.
