  Stopped by Taco Bell and had a really good experience. Kripa was super friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. She had a great attitude and made sure everything was good with my order. Really appreciate the friendly service — definitely made my visit better!

  I had an absolutely exceptional experience at Taco Bell! 🌮 The food was incredibly delicious, and the service was outstanding. Kishan provide me excellent customer service very efficiently. The atmosphere was also perfect – super clean and inviting. I can't wait to go back! ✨😋

  Had a great experience at this Taco Bell location. The food came out fresh and exactly as ordered, but what really made the visit stand out was the service from Kripa. Kripa was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was correct before we left the counter.

  I usually like to appreciate businesses and employees for their hard work, so I don’t normally leave negative reviews. Unfortunately, this experience at Taco Bell Regina South was disappointing. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing and ordered normally. The employee taking our order was friendly and even recommended an item that I really appreciated. However, after we sat down, multiple employees repeatedly told us to hurry because they needed to clean. We were only a few minutes past closing and were already getting ready to leave. I completely understand wanting to finish the shift and clean, especially on a weekend, but the repeated rushing and negative attitude made us feel very unwelcome. This could have been handled much more professionally and politely.

  The food here is good, it's what you would expect from Taco Bell and I haven't had any complaints. What I do have a complaint about though is the customer service. I ordered online today and it said it would be ready by 12:18. I went into the store at 12:25 and there were no orders on the online order shelves so I thought they were just really busy with the drive through and waited. I'm usually a very patient person, so I waited and watched 3 online orders get placed on the pickup shelves and several dine-in orders called out, but none were mine. Finally, my patience gave out and after nearly 20 minutes of waiting, I went up to the counter to ask what was going on with my order. The cashier checked the details, then turned around to grab the bag of my food and an empty cup from the kitchen counter behind her where it had been sitting THE ENTIRE TIME I was there. The only explanation the cashier gave was that the drink choice I wanted wasn't working on the kitchen side so I should try to fill it on the customer side. I couldn't believe that it was just sitting there getting cold instead of sitting on the pickup shelves and nobody on staff thought that was a problem. If they had put my order on the pickup shelves with an empty cup, I would've used common sense and assumed there was a problem with the drink and filled it at the customer drink machine or asked about it. Instead, some staff member(s) with terrible problem-solving skills assumed I would be psychic and know that my order was sitting in the kitchen dying. I'm usually very understanding with customers service based jobs, as I own a business that has a huge customer service component, so I understand how tough dealing with customers all day can be and that mistakes happen. What made me post this review though is that the cashier didn't acknowledge me waiting or apologize at all. I had wasted my lunch break waiting for food that was ready before I walked in, and there was no communication, acknowledgement, or apology. I hope that the staff can get some training on basic customer service so when someone makes a bad decision again, the next customer at least gets an apology.
