  I got excellent customer service at Subway Cornwall by Vishwa! Very friendly, polite, and attentive throughout my visit. My sandwich was made perfectly and the service was quick even during a busy time. Really appreciated the positive attitude and professionalism. Great experience overall!”

  Passed by for a quick lunch, but the service was disappointing. After looking over the menu, I waited to place my order while the staff member behind the counter continued chatting with her co-worker. When she finally began taking my order, she walked away to help the customer behind me, leaving my order unfinished. Another employee stepped in, handled the situation professionally, and apologized on her behalf, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced a lack of courtesy or an arrogant attitude at this branch. The staff could be more respectful and show more kindness. Experiences like this really affect the overall customer experience.
