  I visited Mr. Sub on Saturday evening around 10:20 PM, and I had a great experience. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming, which made it a perfect place for my important meeting. The staff member working that evening was outstanding. He was extremely respectful, polite, and kind—not only to me but also to every customer he attended to. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out and made the experience even better. Excellent service, a great environment, and a wonderful customer experience. I would definitely recommend Mr. Sub and look forward to visiting again!

  I've had takeout from this location many times with decent experiences. But this particular time Saturday May 9th at 4:00 p.m. I went in to order a takeout. When I went in there was a gentleman sweeping the floor, and the same gentleman went behind the counter and without hand sanitizing or washing his hands proceeded to take my order and make it. I was stunned to say the least. I am a healthcare worker and was somewhat disgusted with this practice. Thank God he put gloves on before touching the food items but by then there has been cross-contamination from whatever else he's touched without gloves on. Come on you guys at Mr Subs you have got to be better than this. We as customers deserve better than that! Shame on you!!!!

  The customer service here is outstanding! The two staff members work seamlessly together, making the experience truly delightful. I’ll definitely be coming back just for that!

  No stock, I tried ordering a few things and they either didn’t have it or told me their equipment was broken. Not sure how you come to a place to get a sub and you can’t even order one. Do not go to this location.

  Showed up at 9 after ball when the sub of the day is Louisiana chicken and they already have there hot sub station down when they are open until 11 according to the sign on the door. Ask for a salami sub and they put 3 slices of meat on it. This isn't our regular Mr. Sub but all the other ones I go to you get at least 5 slices. Not impressed.
