    Very disappointed with the service today at McDonald’s. The restaurant was completely quiet, and I don’t think making one Chicken McMuffin should take more than 4 minutes at most. I waited much longer than expected, and the sandwich was wrapped very poorly. The sauce leaked everywhere and part of the wrapper paper was stuck in the middle of the sandwich.

    🚨I want to bring this to the attention of the Manager NAV on duty today at 4 PM, as well as the corporate office.🚨 There is a newly hired male employee who clearly lacks basic customer service skills. His behaviour today was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I am genuinely confused about the hiring standards that allowed someone with this attitude to represent your company. The manager and team apologized and I appreciate that but the behaviour itself was unacceptable. My communication was clear. I hold an MBA from a U.S. university, and my English is more than sufficient for anyone to understand. If he had trouble understanding me, the professional response would have been, “Pardon me, could you repeat that,” not disrespectful comments or ringing the mic at me. This was a disappointing experience and far below the level of service expected. I strongly request that management and corporate review this incident and ensure this employee receives proper customer service training. No customer should be treated this way. I cannot imagine how other customers must feel especially those who may not be able to express themselves as clearly. That makes this behaviour even more concerning.

    Typical Regina McDonald's. I grew up here and have not lived in Regina for 5 years now. I made a brief visit recently and had to chuckle when they made me pay for the wrong order, then tried to give me that wrong order twice, after already telling me their mistake. I finally got my food but this never happens anywhere else I go, only Regina lol
