  Very disappointing experience. I ordered 2 muffins through Skip at 12:30, and the driver arrived around 12:50, but the order still wasn’t ready. After waiting another 20 minutes, they called to say they didn’t even have muffins available. I don’t understand why the order was accepted in the first place if the items weren’t in stock. On top of that, the driver had to wait another 10 minutes while they prepared a replacement order. I’ve also noticed during late-night visits that staff are often busy chatting at the drive-thru with mic on and don’t even respond to customers. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

  When I visit a restaurant I often visit the washroom first before ordering to judge the cleanliness of the location. The condition of the washroom at the Victoria Avenue east location was disgusting. It looked and smelt like no one had cleaned if for days. Needless to say I left the restaurant without ordering.

  This isn't so much about food as it is the quality of a person/employee. Garrett is a true gem to the entire franchise and society as a whole. Watching him calmly and respectful help two community members that collapsed outside the restaurant until first responders arrived was beautiful. He treated everyone with respect and calmly controlled the situation ensuring everyone was safe. My heart and soul needed this today. Your actions will cause a ripple effect to places you never know, so be good to eachother. Be more like Garrett

  I called out the employee for trying to rip me off. She berated me and told me to " be careful " then didn't have the nerve to face me at the window. Had some dude refuse me service. I only go if my granddaughter wants to go to play. That will end with good weather. Can't get good service anywhere anymore.
