  We ordered breakfast this morning and I was the worst it's ever been. Gave us a stale bun for the breakfast sandwich and the iced coffee was way too strong... would not recommend. 🙁

  What a greatly run business! I am visiting from the US and stopped for a to go order. I wasn't sure if my points barcode on my US app worked.(It doesn't, lol) But, the Mgr Hiren, used his and gave me a reward off of his points! He was sooo nice, as were the other 2 employees. My order was accurate and fresh and fast. Also of note, it was super busy with HS kids and there was not much wait at all. Highly recommended!

  It's been a few months. This location is still selling old food. Will be calling the health inspector and reporting since nothing has been done to actually change. This is disgusting. Paying ridiculous prices and being given old food that's sat long enough to become stale and putrid. This company in general has completely lost touch and does not care for it's customers, only the dollar it chases.

  Worker was really mean to me when I asked for water and she told me to go home instead. Such rude service when all I wanted was a drink. I came at night on a Friday. Managers and workers do better. Such horrible service.

  Been coming here for years and this is more of a overall review for the last 8years. Food has always been served fresh or warm which is always nice all kinda depends how you order through delivery apps or coming in store although stay away from the fillet fish no matter what if you go through delivery as they usually always serve them like a hockey puck through out the day especially anytime after 8pm and this kinda goes for all locations in the city. However if you go to the store you'll always find your food to be served fresh, now given the location this store is at its usually pretty hectic inside ranging from kids or teenagers screaming and running around parents not giving a damn so its kinda nice they have a section tucked away from the hectic front area where the tills and pick up station is at where its a decent calm atmosphere. Parking is usually pretty hard to find especially given how they have the drive thru set up so once it gets busy have fun finding parking as the one entrance will almost be completely blocked off due to the line up going into drive thru. But asides from all that the staff from what iv noticed have always served everyone with a smile and fixed people's orders whether its been missing items or mis-made items aswell and ontop of that they have been very diligent in usually always coming out and cleaning dinning or washrooms whenever I come in. So ya keep up the great work!
