  This is the second time I have come to this location and there has been so much confusion about my order. And then I asked for them to repeat my order just to confirm before I purchase it and they are so rude to me. Then they have passed me my food after confirmed my order and have missed items where I have to go back and get them and again they are so incredibly rude to me. Will never go to this KFC again. The first time I let it slide but this is the second time I've ever gone there and will never return.

  Horrible! I paid around $100 dollars to get 2 family meals for my family. After buying it, I started to fill up sodas when I noticed ANTS near the soda machine. Not to mention, the lady that served me gave me cold food AND the wait was extremely long, alongside it having too much salt inside the tenders or too much pepper. It was dry, only good thing were the fries, yet even some had green spots that tasted terrible. When I tried calling they kept saying their busy WHILE I WAS STANDING OUTSIDE THE RESTAURANT AND NOBODY WAS INSIDE! I want a refund!

  I honestly don't even know how this place is still in business these the people there are so disrespectful they are so racist. I was in there today I was going to order a meal for my family and there was one lady who just desperately needed to use the washroom and every single person in their just completely ignored this poor lady and she happened to be handicapped too with her children. She was standing there begging for the key and the lady just ignored her by the time she finally actually reached over to give the key to her she rolled her eyes and scoffed at her and the lady graciously grabbed the key and went to the washroom, me on the other hand I told lady how disrespectful her actions were towards the poor customer who just needed to use the washroom and then I proceeded to tell her that I will not be ordering from this place because that was the most disrespectful racist thing I've ever seen. I understand your from India and she was indigenous but I don't care where you come from if you're going to work and customer service you treat everybody with respect. I really wish I knew the lady's name who worked at KFC's name this way I could call her out this way everybody would know what a disrespectful woman she really is.

  **$50 wasted on cold chicken, soggy onion rings, and terrible customer service.** This was my first time ordering through their website, which immediately charged a $7 fee. Fine—I proceeded with the order, but there was no option to add instructions for extra‑crunchy food. I called the store after placing the order and, after six attempts, someone finally answered. They casually told me they no longer do extra crunchy. That was the first disappointment. The employee’s dismissive, uninterested attitude was very apparent, so I just ended the call. I ordered the “exclusive” online deal: a 12‑piece meal with two single gravies and fries, and I upgraded the fries to onion rings. My delivery instructions clearly stated to hand the order directly to me and not leave it unattended. When we started getting hungry, I checked our camera and saw the order had been left outside—and the driver didn’t even ring the doorbell. The onion rings were not crunchy at all. The chicken looked like leftovers—cold and soggy. The app allowed me to select all dark meat, which I chose, yet I received four pieces of white meat instead of the full dark‑meat order. I also requested three forks, nine napkins, and nine ketchup packets, but none of these items were included. Bad food and bad service. This will definitely be my last time ordering from here.

  This place has gone in the toilet! For one thing I ordered the Kyle Connor meal and asked to substitute the pickles for lettuce & they told me that would be a 50 cent charge. I declined but if they remove the pickles I don't get a discount. Then they gave me my drink cup & when I went over to the fountain machine there were bugs all over the counter and by the lids and straw holder. My fries were cold. My sandwich chicken was hot but the coating was soggy on one side. We've eaten there few times in the last year and the food has always been sub par. The gravy there is always runny & tasteless. The East location has excellent food every time we go there and their gravy is always great.
