  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service! I want to give a special shout-out to the two Sikh gentlemen working the night shift at the drive-thru. Their kindness, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly made my night! I’ve been living in Regina for the past three years, and this is honestly the first time I’ve experienced such amazing customer service at a drive-thru. They treated me with genuine respect, warmth, and care. You can truly see how much heart and dedication they put into their work. Both of them deserve recognition and appreciation for their outstanding service. Keep up the amazing work, guys! Your efforts don’t go unnoticed. Thank you for making my experience so special! ❤️

  Exceptional service and truly extraordinary customer service! This is by far the best KFC I’ve ever been to. The restaurant was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had a completely different and welcoming atmosphere compared to other locations. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. Everything was fresh, organized, and the overall experience was outstanding. Highly recommended! Great food, amazing service, and an exceptionally clean environment. 👏🍗

  Half of my order was completely missing but I was home before I realized. Upsized fries - completely missed, dips for said fries - completely missed. Money spent on literally nothing at that point. Extremely frustrating. Will prob still come back at some point though…

  Time to change the oil! Chicken was crispy but didn’t taste good. Waited 20 mins for fresh chicken and got some reason got charged $3 extra for “white” when should have just been charged for standard bucket Won’t return to this location

  Stopped by KFC and had a great experience. The food was fresh, portions were good, and the service was quick and friendly. Everything was exactly what I was hoping for. Definitely coming back again! 🍗
