- MQMusferah Qazi1 day ago1.0Literally, I went through the drive-thru and asked if the combo came with popcorn chicken. They said yes, so I ordered it. Then they gave me only popcorn chicken and fries. I told them they forgot the burger, so they took it back and gave me the fries and the burger but then there was no popcorn chicken. At that point, I went inside to explain what happened, and they just looked at me like I had two heads. The employee that took my order started talking to her coworker in Hindi/Punjabi instead of helping me. I ended up just asking for a refund. I don't mind if mistakes happen, but if you're taking orders, you should listen carefully and make sure the order is right. Also if you’re taking orders you should know how to answer properly instead of just saying yes for everything and then messing up the order later.

I ordered a burger without lettuce and received it with lettuce, went back through the drive thru to get it changed and I was asked if they can take it to the back and scrape it off. I am shocked by this and never have heard of a restaurant being open about something like this. The cashier was also very rude and did not offer any apologies for the error, instead handing the scraped-off sandwich out the window without a word. Shocking!
