  If only i could give zero star, i would. This KFC branch has the most rude staff, especially the one that I have talked to over the phone. I called to inform that the chicken is not even edible enough to eat as it look like it has a sauce made of used oil. The chicken was way too oily to eat and you can feel it in your mouth that they have used the oil for so many times. The chicken was not even new and freshly cooked chicken and even the chicken popcorn and the fries. They just reheated the marked out chicken from the holding cabinet i guess. 🤢🤮 they wanted me to bring the chicken and waste my gas for them to ruin the food again. I hope food safety could look into this. And i hope the owner could see how their business is being dragged down by their staff. Not a good place to eat. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 waste of money.

  No I am not one to review restaurants but this was my first time here and I will be honest I am very disappointed and we definitely never come here again. They told me 20min I waited and came back and told me there was no more chicken and I was forced to buy one piece of chicken breast which cost almost 7$ hoping it would be something decent but it was even smaller than a drum stick. I would be coming to see the manager to have a proper conversation cause this is setup.

  This is probably the worst drive through I’ve been. Almost every time I go here they always somehow manage to get the order wrong. I constantly have to repeat my order at least 3 times for them to get it right. Even after 5 times of repeating my order, they still somehow again manage to get it wrong. After telling them that the order was wrong they don’t know how to make it up, and so we would have to tell them how to make it up — make the order right… Please hire people who know somewhat decent English and who show proper communication skills. Now I get why there is a sign of verbal abuse on their drive through…

  I bought a order from mobile app i don’t get the fries fresh and i call in the store and they are arguing with me and telling that they give me fresh one only and the employee is not polite at all and she hung up on me
