I would give it a 0 star if possible, as i order a zinger chicken sandwich and i was expecting it to be a fresh as usual but today, that was inedible, as the chicken patty seems to be sitting for so so! long that, you can’t even chew it and very hard to take a bites!

I had a great experience at KFC. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service was friendly and quick. The staff were polite and helpful, and everything was well organized. I would definitely recommend KFC to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal!

I thought I would give them one last chance to make up for the last few visits. But the still can’t it right. I ordered a 4 piece chicken meal and 2 popcorn chicken poutine. Only thing they got right was the 4 piece meal.. no poutine chicken, just 2 small boxes of popcorn chicken. Even when I was paying the lady read back my order correct. Not sure how hard it is to get a simple order right

Worse than Satan tbh I placed an order on the kfc app and the guy delivered it to the wrong house which was 3 houses away the girl on the call said the driver saw two guys having party and stuff which was the other house and he gave it to them and when I called them we can’t do anything…..are these guys even working ??????? If they don’t have the qualifications to even talk properly or say the words out they shouldn’t be hired

I ordered food from KFC at around 2:00 AM on October 1. Unfortunately, the chicken I received was extremely hard and had an unpleasant smell, which made me concerned that it had been sitting for several hours before being served. I went to the KFC location in person to raise my concern. However, the interaction with the staff became argumentative rather than addressing the issue professionally. When the chicken was checked, it was clearly very hard, to the point that it was difficult to break apart. I am disappointed with the quality of the food and the way my complaint was handled. I hope management reviews the food preparation, holding practices, and customer service at this location to prevent this from happening to other customers.
