  Sometimes this location is okay. Today, not so much. There was a time that they used to carry chocolate ice cream, but they're not as good as US locations because in the US you can get a chocolate chocolate dipped cone no problem. They're 7UP tasted like feet, and when I tried calling them to warn them, they would just hang up. Maybe explore a different location. And seeing their chicken strips in these reviews, that's scary

  Was my birthday. Decided to stop here for lunch and get my free small shake through the app with my order. They required my phone number when all my info is in the app already. I talked calm and the Manager talked to me rude like I was causing problems for not wanting to give my info out because they are busy and need to track. Then what is the app for? DQ used to be my favourite spot, with how glitchy the app is to do even a pickup or delivery order I'll be boycotting DQ. Only plus is the drive thru worker was kind and seemed to be empathetic.

  Made a special order cake for my daughter's 4th birthday in given advance and upon arrival and asking if they had my cake I was given an ugly look from who u can assume was the manager of the establishment. They proceeded to say I was wrong that I didn't make a special order and after showing them the proof all the staff proceeded to back off, they told me it was my fault for ordering on a Friday when the don't have a cake designer in on that day but it was not stated online when I made the purchase. Very disappointed I got the blame for it all from the staff. I don't believe I will be making anymore orders from this place and will be spreading the word.

  The chubby lady looks irritable and seems angry. (5:30pm March 29)The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and not valued as a customer. I want to order more but I stopped . Remember welcoming attitude makes a big difference. She shouldn’t be working in environment where mostly dealing with customer. We are all tired , yes I get it, but why do customer pay for it. She needs a break or sent home. Hope this get to the management .
