  Absolutely terrible service at Dairy Queen. I arrived before closing time, but the employee locked the door early and refused to let customers enter. I asked politely because we were there before the store was supposed to close, but instead of helping, he rudely told us to use the drive-thru. The attitude was disrespectful, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Employees should not close doors early or refuse service to customers who arrive on time. It felt like he simply did not care about customers at all. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Very disappointing behavior and poor management. If this is how customers are treated, then Dairy Queen seriously needs better staff training and better supervision.

  Worst Dairy Queen experience ever. I came before closing time with my 6-month-old baby while it was very cold outside, and the employee closed the door on us like we didn’t matter. I asked him respectfully to open the door because we arrived before 9:40 PM, but he refused and told us to go through the drive-thru. This was not only terrible customer service but also heartless human behavior. A business should never treat customers like this, especially a parent carrying a small baby in freezing weather. The employee showed zero respect, zero compassion, and acted very rude and arrogant. If someone comes before closing time, they should be served properly instead of being ignored outside in the cold. Completely embarrassing service from Dairy Queen. Staff like this destroy the reputation of the business. I will never forget this disrespectful treatment.

  Writing Absolutely disgusting service and horrible human behavior at Dairy Queen. I reached before 9:40 PM with my 6-month-old baby while it was freezing outside, and the employee — a Filipino guy — closed the door right in front of us. I politely asked him to open the door because we arrived before closing time, but he refused and told us to use the drive-thru instead. This is beyond poor customer service. Any decent employee should understand basic humanity, especially when there is a baby outside in cold weather. If customers arrive before closing, they should still be served instead of being treated with disrespect. The rude attitude, lack of care, and unprofessional behavior made this one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Completely unacceptable and shameful service.

  The guy with the red apron working around 7:00 Saturday may 2 I think supervisor needs to learn some supervisor skills .. Asian guy .. Thanks

  There was a very nice young lady at the drive throw window who was very helpful and patient with my grandma which I really appreciated. Very nice lady and very good at her job!!
