  It was so welcoming the food was so good everything was at perfect temperature and the service was just amazing especially Sandeep. She’s very kind and gave us a great experience . I totally recommend. It was also very clean which is great!

  Ordered a cake from uber. Called them specially to write a name on the cake. Usually stores don’t do this. But they accepted the request and got the cake ready on time. Thanks

  Would give 0 stars if I could. Nobody in line, yet the employees stop talking mid conversation for my order and I had to pull up. Then take 4 mins to give me a single poutine and don't even give me a fork. Terrible service don't order from here.

  I am leaving this review after many attempts at giving this place another try. I wish it stayed in the Northgate. I also do not like leaving leaving negative reviews and typically speak to a manager or owner but pretty sure the manager , supervisor or owner was there when this happened and does not seem to care at all about their customers. I also work in fast food / customer service and never allow these things to happen and take pride in my job and service I put out. This is my 3rd bad experience at this place and will not be returning. This time there was not a single car in drive thru and approaching the speaker we were told " be right with you" ... What? ... No one in drive thru and waited 3 minutes before " saying " hello..?" Gas is expensive.. People's time and money matter...ALL businesses need to start caring about who pays their bills and wages.. My husband orders a Peanut Buster Parfait with no peanuts but Reese cups instead .. he repeated this twice as they did not listen the first time and we knew they didn't get it.. Get to the window and said manager, supervisor or owner is having a conversation with his staff for a good length of time.. Not the time- again, your customers come first especially when there is no one in sight. That one car should be the priority.. A good few minutes pass before someone takes our money.. Another at least 5- 10 minutes before we get our two items.. My cone was given to me already melting and we waited another 1-2 minutes for his parfait.. which had peanuts.. he then states he asked for the Reese cups and stated he repeated this twice. The employee then says " ya, I know..." And stands there for 30 seconds... My husband then asks for him to make it right. Also, no "have a good day." No nothing. No customer service or appreciation anymore. This was the last straw. Please do better in the future for your customers that come to your establishment and support you.

  I went to this specific DQ for the first time cause I’m visiting my family here in Regina and we got a kids cheeseburger meal and two poutines but there was barely any fries in the kids cheeseburger meal let alone the two poutines we got. When we called they told me that they “weigh” their fries before handing it out. So I asked the worker if they actually have a weight to weigh their fries and she said yes, they weigh it before handing it out because of food cost. LMAOO I’ve never heard of such things and I’ve worked at multiple fast food chains lol. Anywho here’s some pics lol and the total was 30$, I’m never recommending this specific DQ to NOBODY lol. I couldn’t even get a refund either, even if I brought back the food so they can throw it IN THE TRASH where it belongs lol 😭😂 DO BETTER ! DONT EVEN REPLY TO THIS LMAOO. 😭
