  10:30pm drive through they wouldn't make my order and said they would give us what they have left which was wasn't what we wanted and they could even make popcorn chicken. They need to do better. Half hour is good enough to make popcorn chicken. Never coming here again

  Pre-ordered and paid. Indicated what dips i wanted and did not get them. Fries and chicken just warm. Had to wait 15 minutes for the order, after a Customer ordered, paid and received his order.

  Being S.African and all, means I value good flavourful tantalizing chicken (chicken is an affordable protein and consumed by many - corn feed of course so you know those thighs be rubbing when they walk - yes, juicy). Having spent 18 months in Tchula, Mississippi and Louisiana. This allowed me to taste spicey tongue-tingling, aromatic fried chicken, flavoured with generational recipes. This locations - flavour and quality - for a fast food joint, made the taste buds say "hallelujah - we are back in the deep south!" And to note the excellent and friendly service. I stopped by for a drive-thru order at 10am, right when they opened. The team let us know straight away that the chicken needed a couple of extra minutes to cook fresh, which was completely fair. My wife (who definitely wears the pants in our house) sent me inside to grab it - exactly 30 seconds after our allocated time was up - because we were running late for a meeting. I was met with genuine professional and friendly service — they had my order in my hand before I’d even finished explaining why I’d come in. The fries were crispy and clean, just how I like them. Only tiny suggestion: a little more seasoning on them would make them perfect. Great experience all round, especially first thing in the morning.
