  Slow service, I ordered 30m ahead and still waited 20m when I arrived and there was only one other customer there at lunch time. Also I wanted to ask for plates and the worker handed me my the bag at the drive thru and he immediately walked away from the window and ignored me calling for him. Very poor service not to ask the customer if they need anything else

  Went to this KFC because it's supposed to be the better one in the city. Ordered a boneless bucket and was asked to park in the back and wait 15-20 minutes for fresh tenders.... We were parked for over an hour waiting for our food. When we knocked on the locked door to ask where our food was we were met with confused stares. Adding a second star because they fixed it pretty fast.

  We took our food from the front counter. Great environment. Additionally the staff was so impressive . I liked how they took our order and served us whatever we asked for perfectly. I am very impressed . We enjoyed our meal . I would really recommend you to go there .

  Today, I went to KFC 2nd Ave in Prince Albert Drive Thru, They got my order wrong, more like the chicken that they gave me is intended for “big crunch” not the famous chicken. It’s disappointing since my order is always the same (famous chicken). I ordered Famous Chicken Meal, was told it will take up to 15mins, which is fine, i said im willing to wait. My order got through. Got my order in just few minutes. It’s not even busy. There was only 3 cars in the drive thru that time. Kfc can do better. The sandwiches/menus aren’t cheap, so might as well give them the right order. :-/
